Leon skids 3/4" into Nic, losing some metal armor and dropping an obstacle. Nic loses some right side plastic armor and drops debris. Leon conforms Nic over the obstacle and Nic takes some damage to his front tire. Leon hits Nic's debris and takes damage to his back tires only. Leon slows to 25 from then collision, then slows by 10 and takes tire damage from the skid. He moves straight 1/4". Leon is still OOC.
