I had a question about HC and was reminded about OR tires helping with OR travel. I did NOT take this into consideration, so everyone that had OR tires should have had one more HC and one more Recovery each turn. I am NOT going to change anything that has already occurred. The recovery that is about to happen will take this new data into consideration.
